In 2010, a 19.79% stake was acquired in the fund established in partnership with One Equity Partners (OEP) to make venture capital investments in Turkey. The fund, which completed the acquisition of NETAŞ shares from the trustee, sold these shares to ZTE in 2017, completing its exit.
Coenda Medikal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. began its operations on June 16, 2020, with the aim of manufacturing, investing, and conducting domestic and international sales in the medical field. Its main activities include the production of surgical gowns, coveralls, surgical sets (all surgery sets), personal protective medical equipment, surgical masks, diagnostic kits, injections, and the sterilization of all kinds of products by commissioning a sterilization unit for all medical products. To consolidate its production activities under one roof across Turkey, the company applied to the Ministry of Industry and Technology and obtained an Investment Incentive Certificate to make a regional comprehensive new investment focused on high technology. On October 26, 2023, the company underwent a change in shareholders and its name, adopting the new name ISM Medikal Yatırımlar Sanayi ve Ticaret. On March 28, 2024, ICU Girişim acquired a 16% stake in the company.

Among its founders are two separate venture capital groups headquartered in the UK and Luxembourg, as well as qualified investors associated with these groups. Adventus, which began its operations at the end of March 2024, is conducting investment negotiations with an initial fund offering of 30 million GBP. The investment areas include textile product recycling, digital payment systems and open banking applications, bio-ethanol production and carbon emission applications, as well as logistics, sea, and air transportation. On March 29, 2024, a 3,000,000 GBP nominal value share, which corresponds to 10% of Adventus Venture Capital Trust Plc's 30,000,000 GBP capital, was acquired with an investment of 3,000,000 GBP.
