Batkon Tests NOCSYS’s Sodium Ion Cells

BATKON Batarya Kontrol Teknolojileri A.Ş. tested 2600 mAh cells in Na+ 26700 sheath supplied by NOCSYS by connecting them to the battery management system called BMSlion.

According to the results shared by Batkon, BMSlion is used not only for Lithium batteries but also for Sodium batteries. In 1C charge and discharge, thermal performance is much better than LFP. On the other hand, in 10C discharge trials, even if there is heating, it seems that 10C discharge can be easily done with a good cooling system. There are not many LFPs that can be discharged at 10C.

İlker AYDIN, co-founder of Batkon Batarya, states that the results are very satisfactory and they expect it to be used in more projects.
